« At our Secondary School in Arusha, Tanzania, Fraternity between Lay People and Brothers is lived daily through Education, Prayer, and Community Activities. As a Lay teacher working with the Brothers of Christian Instruction, I experience a Spirit of Unity and Shared Mission in forming Young People Academically, Spiritually, and Socially.»

« Together, we prepare Students for Sunday Mass liturgy through Church Songs and Choir Practice, helping them grow in Faith and Responsibility. We also strengthen Fraternity through Sports such as Football and Netball, where Brothers, Teachers, and Students interact Joyfully as one Family.

Through these simple but Meaningful Activities, we Walk Together as Brothers and Lay People on the same Journey of Service, Faith, and Education for the Good of the Young.”

Note: in Mennaisian Schools in East Africa (Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya…) the majority of Students are boarders, and thus stay within the Schools for several Weeks before returning to their Families for a Vacation.
