For Four Weeks, from September 28th to October 24th, 40 Religious Brothers from 12 Religious Congregations gathered in Rome for the 4th International Meeting “Tutti Fratelli”. Brother Walter Muñoz, from Chile, participated in that Meeting; here is his Testimony.
“Participating in the Tutti Fratelli 2026 Meeting was a very Enriching Experience, allowing me to share with Brothers from Twelve Congregations. I was able to discover the Richness of Our Vocation. Beyond our different Cultures, Realities, and Charisms, we are united by the Same Call: to live the Gospel in Fraternity and Service.
Regarding the Meaning of the Vocation of the Religious Brothers in today’s World, Brother Armin Luistro, Superior General of the Brothers of the Christian Schools, recalled that Religious Fraternity is an Icon of a Synodal Church, a “Magnifica Fraternitas”.

Throughout our Days, Reflections, Testimonies, and Times of Prayer invited us to renew the Meaning of Our Consecration. The Presentation of Magnifica Fraternitas reminded us that Our Identity as Brothers is born of Baptism and is expressed in a Simple, Intimate, and Fraternal Life. It was also an Opportunity for me to Pause, Reflect on my own Journey, and thank God for the Gift of that Vocation.
One of the Most Important Lessons I learned is the Importance of Communication and Fraternal Support. We understood that it is not enough to Live Together or Share a Mission; we must Listen to One Another, Build Trust, Share Our Joys and Difficulties, and be there for each other. Fraternity is founded on these Small, Everyday Gestures that make each Brother feel Welcomed and Supported.

Regarding Vocation Ministry, the Workshop “Echoing the Call” allowed us to see that the Best Witness we can offer Young People is Our Own Life. Joyful, Authentic, and Close-Knit Communities can awaken in them the Desire to Discover their Vocation. Accompanying them means Knowing how to Listen, Respecting each person’s Pace, and helping them Recognize God’s Presence on their Path.

I return from that Meeting Grateful, Enriched with New Perspectives and Driven by the Desire to Share that Experience with my Brothers I am particularly committed to continuing my Spiritual Growth and to Accompanying with Greater Availability and Joy those who seek to Answer the Lord’s Call.

Tutti Fratelli 2026 allowed me to Remember that being a Brother is a Gift that we must take Care of every day and that Our Vocation takes on a Deeper Meaning when we Share it and put it at the Service of Others.
