After work done in the five commissions, the general assembly retained the main line of animation of the Chapter: “New paths of fraternity.” This is not a final title, but it is the major expression.
This axis is part of the framework of education, in a dimension of missionary fraternity, to work primarily at the service of young people.
During this week, the Capitulants will elaborate these new paths of fraternity on specific themes:
Away of deepening the topics from the realities of each.
The life of the Brothers in community,
The formation of the Brothers: initial formation and on-going formation,
The mission: within schools and educational centers, in the peripheries
Young people and vocations
Situations of solidarity …
The commission members simultaneously express convictions, orientations and concrete proposals.
Three expressions of Pope Francis were selected to mark this work:
+ Return to the source, with Christ in the center, at the heart of the spiritual life
+ Risk the encounter, in all situations, with young people, adults …
+ Dare the peripheries, towards the most vulnerable, the most fragile …
