As every year, December 31st is a Day of Celebration in Kisubi, Uganda.
On December 31st, 2025, 11 Brothers completed their Novitiate time and made their First Profession in Kisubi: 6 Brothers from Uganda, 2 from Tanzania and 3 from Kenya.

On the same day, 10 New Young Men entered the Kasasa Novitiate: 2 are from Uganda, 3 from South Sudan, 3 from Kenya and 1 from Tanzania.
To all those Young People who had committed themselves, the Congregation extends its Warmest and Most Fraternal Congratulations and above all accompanies them and their Trainers with prayer: May 2026 be for each of them a New Path of Faith, Life and Peace.
During another Celebration, 43 Brothers Renewed their Vows for the New Year. Some, living further from Kisubi, had Renewed their Vows earlier, during the Month of December.

Finally, on January 1st, 2026, 4 Brothers Celebrated their Silver Jubilees (25 Years of Religious Life): Brothers Hilary BYABASHEIJA, Marius MURONGO, John Paul TAMALE and Augustine TUMWEBAZE….

… And a Brother Celebrated his Golden Jubilee (50 Years of Religious Life): Brother John Baptist KALAMA.
The Two Provincial Superiors, Brother Casio Aizire of Uganda and South Sudan and Brother Anthony Kamuhanda of Kenya and Tanzania were present during the Ceremony.
In his Homily, Paul Ssemwogerere, Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Kampala, encouraged the Young Brothers “to imitate the Golden Jubilerian who served with Faith, Charity, Abnegation, and Humility” (Rule of Life No. 2). Among the Jubilerian Brothers, it was difficult to recognize him among those celebrating their 25 Years of Religious Life, for he seemed Even Younger than they were!
Serving God with Passion makes us Young Religious throughout Our Mission. The Call to teach made the Brothers Younger than their Students, who eventually die while the Brothers are still teaching.
He thanked the Brothers and encouraged them to take Good Care of themselves while serving the Lord.

This year, the Province of Saint Thérèse of the Child Jesus would Celebrate its 100th Anniversary. We would support the Brothers, Communities and Works of this Province throughout 2026. The Official Celebrations would take place at the beginning of September 2026. The General Council and the Major Superiors of the Congregation would be present.
