Let’s follow the Delegates over the course of a day, with also unforeseen events and adaptations to manage live.

6 h 30 : Morning rayer

7 h 15 : Breakfast

8h 15 : Assembly

Presentation of the Daily agenda and vote.

Depending on the topic, personal or table work

2 Englis-speaking Tables, 1 Spanish-speaking Table, 4 Frenchs-peaking Tables

Traduction is provided into Frenc, English, and Spanish.

Each Delegate votes about the topics and propositions given at the Agenda.

13 h : Lunch

15 h : Assembly

16 h 30 : Pause

17 h : Assembly or Work for the Secretaries Commission.

The park allows proximity to nature.

18 h 45 : Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament

19 h 15 : Evening Prayer

Liturgical animation and musical accompaniment with Bros James Hayes and Hervé Asse and other Brothers providing choir service.

19 h 30 : Diner

20 h 30 : Works of Secretaries, Translators, Services…
