Brothers attended the First Ordinary Meeting of all the Community Superiors and Heads of Institutions (KT), 2025, which took place at the Brothers Centre-Moshi, Tanzania; On Saturday: October 11th , 2025 on the Feast Day of Saint Pope John XXIII, and also the Feast of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Our Lady of the Rosary.
Members discussed a wide range of topics including receiving briefings from the Provincial Superior, election of KT Province Executive Committee members, Listening to various report on:
- Key community/school/mission apostolate achievements and milestones.
- Fiscal policy planning, financial summaries – monthly and annual such as income, expenses and fund allocations.
- Assessment of the implementation of Church/Government/Mennaisian Policies on education and vulnerable people/child protection issues.
- Future vision and goals, plans for management and growth, new initiatives, and upcoming events.
- The Annual Retreat and the 3rd KT Provincial Chapter 2026.
The Brothers reiterated their commitment to youth, spiritual renewal, and their educational mission. Members also stressed spiritual and missionary focus as a key theme. Members pointed out that spiritual renewal and commitment to serving the needs of youth and the poor through education, meant also fostering a “vocation culture” to encourage young people to consider their own life callings including joining our congregation.
