Brother José-Antonio VIVAS Rehearsing with Young Students from San José College
The Educational Community of San José celebrated Mennaisian Week with Multiple enriching Activities in Homage to Jean-Marie de la Mennais.
The Program began with a Prayer for Teachers and an online Session allowing Senior Students to connect with other Mennaisian Schools in Spain, strengthening their Sense of Belonging and their Common Commitment.
Throughout the Week, the Young People organized a Solidarity Market with the NGO SAL (Solidarity Latin America), while other Students participated in various Sports Competitions. Tutoring Sessions were also held between Students of all Ages, including Five Workshops focused on the importance of Service. Music played a prominent Role, with a Journey through Melodies from around the World, drawn from Countries where Mennaisian Missions are present; a Prayer was even transformed into a Rap!
Furthermore, on the Occasion of that Mennaisian Week, the Community of the Brothers of Reinosa addressed a special Message to the Students and the Educational Community.

The Week concluded on Friday with a Eucharist at the Parish, followed by various Competitions: Literary a Competition, a Bookmark Competition, and a Hot Chocolate Tasting (organized very generously by the Parents’ Association) and finally a Dinner for the Teachers, putting a High Point to those Days rich in Mennaisian Identity, Creativity and Participation.
