The Members of the Conference at the beginning of the Via Conciliazione
And there was Evening, and there was Morning, and it was the Third Day!
The Third Day of the General Conference was devoted to the Reports of the various Commissions set up after the Last General Chapter; Commissions whose objective was to work with the General Government in an even more Synodal manner.

So throughout the day, the Members of the General Government and the Major Superiors took stock of the Progress, the Difficulties and the Prospects for the coming year. Not everything could be done in one year! The main thing was to progress: the Policy of Small Steps!!! A New Assessment would be made in a year, during the General Conference in Uganda.
After these First Three Intense Days, the Members of the Conference deserved to take a breather. Thursday, September 25, was devoted first and foremost to a Jubilee Process.

Arrival at St. Peter’s Square, after passing through the Security Checks
All the Members of the Conference met at 8:30 a.m. at the bottom of Via de la Conciliazione, to go back up to Saint Peter’s Basilica, in Union of Prayer with the whole Church, the Pope, for all the Great Intentions of the World and of Our Congregation: each one carrying in his Heart, each Brother, each Community, each School and Young People of his Province or his District.

Arriving at St. Peter’s Basilica, that walk ended in front of the Tomb of the Apostle Peter, with the Renewal of Our Profession of Faith. The Eucharist was the Highlight at the end of the Morning, in the midst of so many Pilgrims!

The Afternoon was free for everyone… some chose to continue their Pilgrimage to Rome, others returned to the Casa for a Little Rest.
