The Brothers of the Casa were there

The General Council was also present… we were waiting for Pope Leo XIV

The Brothers of the Casa Generalizia participated in Several Moments of that Jubilee: an opportunity for Meetings, Sharing, Communion and Prayer.

A Great Moment, when the Pope warmly greeted the Prefetta del Dicasterio, Sister Simona

A conviction that lived in each and every one: “that Event of the Jubilee of Consecrated Life might have ended Saturday Evening in the Basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls, but that Journey of the Jubilee that Passage through the Holy Doors, all those Events of those 4 days would continue to live within us.”

Beautiful Dance Shows

We return to Our Communities, to Our Countries, with the strength of belonging to a BODY that is Consecrated Life. We are not alone, but we remain united in prayer with all those we have met, all those whose radiant faces we have seen, happy to be Consecrated.

Of course, the Jubilee Road was a passage that could not be missed.

“The Church needs you and all the diversity and richness of the Forms of Consecration and Ministry that you represent,” declared Pope Francis in his Message for the World Day for Consecrated Life, on February 2nd, 2023. In turn, Leo XIV appropriated the words of his predecessor, receiving in Audience that Friday, October 10th, “All the Consecrated Men and Women of the World,” who came to Rome for their Jubilee Pilgrimage.

“Through your vitality and through the witness of a life where Christ is the Center and the Lord, you can contribute? “to “wake up the World,” he insisted. In this Logic, he continued, it is always necessary to “reaffirm how important it is for all of you to be rooted in Him.” In this way, “you will be able to fulfill your Mission Fruitfully, living your Vocation as part of the wonderful adventure of following Jesus more closely.” (Pope Leo XIV)
