Satisfaction and Joy were evident on the faces of the Chapter Delegates. Despite the deteriorating Security Situation, all Delegates to the Chapter were able to attend. No Incident marred the smooth running of that Pivotal Event in the Life of Our Province. We entrusted Ourselves to Divine Providence for what lies ahead. United in Prayer.
