The two Artists Carmen Sara and Luis Guitarra in the Center
“A Life in Abundance – that was what we discovered during Our Stay in Chile, Argentina and Uruguay. A journey that began a few Months earlier in Spain, marked by Uncertainty, the Unknown, the desire to be available and Trust. We embarked on the Adventure of visiting all the Mennaisian Educational Centers in those Three Countries without having ever been there and without personally knowing any of those who were waiting for us there. A little crazy, perhaps, but an Experience worth Living!”

We went there with a Suitcase full of Stories and Songs to share with anyone who would listen, and they were delighted! From the Youngest to the Oldest. Eyes caught Our Gestures, Ears caught Our Words, and Hearts were touched by Our Music. And we were overflowing with Gratitude to be the Vehicle for so much Beauty, Life, and “Transformative Encounters!”

Before, Outside of Buenos Aires and Montevideo, we didn’t really know how to locate Culiprán, Llay Llay, Mendoza, Bialet, Rosario, and Maldonado on a Map. Now it became our Home!
25 Days to Travel more than 24,000 km (by Plane, Bus, Car, and Boat) and met more than 65 People. We return tired, but very happy with the Welcome and Affection we received everywhere, happy to see how Stories and Songs Nourished, gave Hope, and Opened every Heart. Witnesses of so much shared Life and many Dreams that have already begun to come True!

Thanks to the Mennaisian Brothers for opening their Homes to us and allowing us to experience that Family Spirit. Thank you to each Educational Community that trusted Our Proposal and encouraged us to continue the Work. Thank you to the Hundreds of Boys and Girls who welcomed us and to the Young People who allowed themselves to be challenged to pursue their deepest Desires.

And especially thank you for taking us to the San José House in Melipilla, the Las Margaritas School in Luján de Cuyo, the San Damián Center in Villa Gobernador Gálvez, and the Dionisio Díaz Center in Maldonado. They were and remain Brothers and Sisters in our Hearts.
The Path would continue…
