Young Alumni of the Mennaisian Network, coming from different Communities in the 4 Countries of South America, experienced a different Easter Week.
Two Meetings, two Experiences in “A shared Spirit of Service and Love”.

At Teodelina College in Villa Gobernador Gálvez, from Friday, April 2nd to Sunday, April 4th, Young People from Chile, Uruguay, and Argentina gathered to celebrate the Paschal Mystery together. They participated in the Parish’s Beautiful Liturgical Celebrations and took advantage of that time to Meet, Get to Know One Another, and Encourage each other to Follow Jesus according to the Mennaisian Charism.

The Moments of Prayer, Sharing and Reflection were centered on the Essential Events and Biblical Texts of Holy Week, as well as on the Specific Features of the Mennaisian Charism that a young Mennaisian could experience.
The Young Mennaisians of Bolivia, also gathered at the Mennaisian Retreat and Welcome Center in Achocalla. About Twenty of them baked Bread there on Holy Thursday, which they then Distributed on Good Friday in the Streets and to an Orphanage. That Experience deeply Touched everyone. Holy Saturday was dedicated to Artistic Creation, Deepening Our Understanding of the Charism, and putting it into Practice in Our Schools. After the Easter Vigil, we shared a Festive Meal.

Who are the Young Adult Mennaisians (JAM)?
“These are committed Young People, driven by a Transformative and Active Vocation, for whom God Alone was the Horizon and the Strength. They formed a Community that Celebrates Life and Awakens to the Reality around them, acting according to the Teachings of Jean-Marie La Mennais. They are committed to Building Relationships with the most Vulnerable, Young People, and Especially the Most Disadvantaged, helping them to Grow and Flourish in all Dimensions of their Being. To do that, they Stepped out of their Comfort Zone, Go where others do not, and venture to the Frontiers, like Attentive and Humble Angels.”
