The Postulants, Novices and Brothers of the San Jos\u00e9 Community, as well as Brother Herv\u00e9 Zamor, Superior General, and Brother Gildas Prigent, District Brother Visitor<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

If we were to write the History of the Asia District, we would write “from JAPAN to EAST TIMOR”, but Brother Herv\u00e9’s Visit was from East Timor to Japan via San Jose (Philippines).<\/p>\n

The Five Postulants and the Seven Novices joyfully welcomed the Superior General during his Canonical Visit to San Jos\u00e9. The Community of San Jos\u00e9 de Buenavista has become the Formation House for the District; it consists of Second-Year Postulants, Novices, and Formators. It was therefore a large Community that welcomed Brother Herv\u00e9, SG.<\/p>\n

Some Highlights of that Visit:<\/p>\n

The warm Welcome which <\/em><\/strong>coincided with the Celebration of Charles’ (25 years old) Birthday, Postulant.<\/p>\n

The Unexpected Visit of Our Bishop Marvyn<\/em><\/strong>, who arrived the day before he was due to Celebrate the Eucharist!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Brother Herv\u00e9’s Presence in Maybato for the Catechesis of the Postulants<\/em><\/strong> with the Children of the Parish.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The Monthly Meeting with the LMBA<\/em><\/strong> (25 Associate Members) which fell on the Sunday of the Visit: Teaching, Sharing, Mass and Festive Meal.<\/p>\n

That same Sunday afternoon, on the nearby Beach, Games, Swimming and a Meal: a Relaxing Time with the Family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

And of course, let’s not forget all the Personal and Community Gatherings that are so important at that time of year, a time for Discernment…<\/p>\n

Brother Herv\u00e9 Zamor, in his last words, told us that he was leaving Our Community with Confidence and Hope for the Future of Our District.<\/p>\n
