The Month of October is Special for us as an Institution. Every Afternoon from 3.00 -4.00 pm the children gather after their Afternoon Classes to recite the Holy Rosary together. Each Class from P.1 to S.3 animates the Holy Rosary on a specific day. We began that Devotion of reciting the Holy Rosary from 1<sup>st<\/sup> October and ended on 31<sup>st.<\/sup> <\/em><em><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-48540 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lamennais.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/SS-1-688x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"435\" height=\"647\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lamennais.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/SS-1-688x1024.jpg 688w, https:\/\/www.lamennais.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/SS-1-202x300.jpg 202w, https:\/\/www.lamennais.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/SS-1-768x1142.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.lamennais.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/SS-1-260x387.jpg 260w, https:\/\/www.lamennais.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/SS-1.jpg 929w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 435px) 100vw, 435px\" \/><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Our children have started appreciating and loving that <strong>Devotion of Our Mother Mary<\/strong> <strong>of the Rosary<\/strong>.After every day Rosary a Catechesis of Our Mother Mary is given about the Life and of Our Mother to the Children by the Brother in charge. We hope and pray that these children would be able to continue that Devotion of reciting the Rosary after School in their families.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>This year has been very special, the Holy Rosary ended on a Friday the next Saturday was <strong>All Saints Day<\/strong> followed by the <\/em>celebration of All Souls day <em>on Sunday and the Children wrote down the Names of all their departed Relatives and friends and put them on the Altar during Holy Mass! May their Souls rest in Eternal Peace!<\/em><em><strong>\u00a0(Bro Eugene Mwesigye \u2013 Riimenze)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>An encouragement to pray to Mary with Young People and Children &#8230; Jean-Marie de la Mennais strongly encouraged it!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Father de la Mennais&#8217;s devotion to the Virgin Mary<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-48546\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lamennais.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/ss3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"309\" height=\"309\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lamennais.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/ss3.jpg 309w, https:\/\/www.lamennais.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/ss3-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.lamennais.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/ss3-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.lamennais.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/ss3-260x260.jpg 260w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 309px) 100vw, 309px\" \/><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c<strong>The Tenderest Devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary was recommended to the Brothers\u2026 May they strive, by imitating her Virtues, to draw down the Blessings<\/strong><\/em><strong><em> of her Divine Son upon themselves and upon the children entrusted to their care.\u201d \u201cAlways carry the Rosary with you, for it is the livery of Mary\u2019s Servants and the Mark of her Children.\u201d <\/em><\/strong>These are Exhortations from Father de la Mennais He always repeated it. He himself set an example of that \u201cTender\u201d Devotion: every day he recited his Rosary: <em><strong>\u200b\u200b\u201cYour Venerable Father gave us a Beautiful Example of his Devotion to the Blessed Virgin. Since his First Communion, he had not missed a single day of reciting his Rosary, despite his Many Responsibilities.<\/strong><\/em>\u201d (A. Garcia, Chaplain in Plo\u00ebrmel). \u201c<em><strong>He celebrated with Special Devotion the Feasts of the Virgin, which he prepared by Fasting; the last Office he recited in its Entirety was the Office of the Immaculate Conception<\/strong><\/em>.\u201d (Bro.
