It was expected: here it is! The <\/strong>N<\/strong>ew <\/strong>S<\/strong>tatue of Jean-Marie de la Mennais was welcomed and <\/strong>O<\/strong>fficially <\/strong>P<\/strong>resented during the Chapter and it accompanied all the <\/strong>W<\/strong>ork and <\/strong>E<\/strong>vents every day during this <\/strong>I<\/strong>ntense <\/strong>M<\/strong>onth.<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Present at the <\/em>H<\/em>eart of the <\/em>W<\/em>ork during every moment of the Chapter, she kept watch with her peaceful and meaningful presence.<\/em><\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n
It is a Statue close to us, with a soft color. She is crafted with many precise details: Clothing and Gestures. It presents Father de la Mennais in an Attitude of Welcome and Sending.\n

It was created by the Workshops of the \u201cRegard\u201d, near Caen, France, led by Beno\u00eet Douillet and his Team and inspired by the designer Mme Oniron. \u201cIt is a Unique Creation and we are proud to design a Statue intended to touch the Hearts of Children and Young People as a Priority,\u201d explains Beno\u00eet Douillet.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Three <\/strong>S<\/strong>ymbols <\/strong>are distinguished:\n

The <\/strong>A<\/strong>nchor <\/strong>First of all :<\/p>\n

Its roots are linked to your family, to the Sea,<\/p>\n

and to the Words of the Gospel which nourish the relationship of a Father to His son.
Founder, he encouraged the sending of Brothers to the Continents, beyond the Seas.<\/p>\n

Compass <\/strong>in the hand then,<\/p>\n

It suggests a Course, it indicates a Direction, it suggests an Orientation.<\/p>\n

And then the Logo of Our Educational Family:<\/p>\n

this Ear of Wheat which sown on all Continents, carried by God Alone, DS.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
