The Next General Chapter is in sight! It will open on March 26th<\/sup> at Casa Divin Maestro, in Ariccia, on the heights of Castel Gandolfo.<\/p>\n

For months, Communities and Groups of the Mennaisian Family have been invited to prepare Suggestions and Meditations.<\/p>\n

Based on the Gospel of the Wedding of Cana (Jn 2:1-11), the theme \u201cServants of Hope\u201d was presented in detail by Bro Herv\u00e9 Zamor, Superior General, in his Circular entitled \u201cSERVANTS OF HOPE\u201d.<\/strong>The other Circular of the Superior General: CALLED AND SUMMONED<\/strong> presented the Seven-Month Journey to the Chapter from September 2023 to March 2024. It took place in Seven Stages with as many calls for contributions requested from the Laity and Brothers. This is part of a Synodal Process, one listening to the other and all listening to the Holy Spirit.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Mary, Handmaid of Hope,
\nat the wedding in Cana, you are considerate
\nand you intercede with your Son Jesus.<\/p>\n

Present to Him today, in our name,
\nthe needs of the Mennaisian Family.
\nIn His Hour, He will know how to meet them
\nso that out of our shortcomings and frailties
\na New Life will emerge.<\/p>\n

In this time of preparation
\nfor our 28th General Chapter,
\ntrusting in your maternal care,
\nwe wish to imitate your faith and your audacity
\nand offer to the children and young people of today
\nthe New Wine of the Gospel.<\/p>\n

Teach us, as you did at Cana,
\nto welcome your Son Jesus
\nand to do whatever He tells us.
\nMake us servants of Hope,
\nCompassionate and Attentive,
\nCourageous, Faithful and Bold Witnesses,
\nJoyful in the footsteps of their Master.<\/p>\n
