The 16 participants at the General Chapter of the Sisters of Providence are expected to attend May 12th in Ch\u00e2teauguay, Qu\u00e9bec, near Montreal at Manoir d’Youville, on the South Shore of the St. Lawrence.<\/p>\n

These are the Sisters:Yolande B\u00e9liveau, Luce Duchesneau, Alice Le Strat, Emma Mudrik, Louise Touchette, C\u00e9line Tremblay, Huguette Provost, Dolor\u00e8s Bussi\u00e8re, Jeannette Boulliou, Yvette Saliou, Madeleine Roulin, Maryvonne Nivoit, Marie-Rapha\u00eblle Rault, Emmanuelle Coudray, Anne-Marie Frearson, Bernadette Larkin.<\/strong><\/p>\n

They come from Saskatchewan and Quebec for Canada, England, Uganda and France.<\/p>\n

Celebration in St Brieuc, France, during the General Chapter 2014, lived in Plo\u00ebrmel.<\/em><\/p><\/div>\n

The Congregation has 54 members with an average age of around 85 years.<\/p>\n

“At the conclusion of the Chapter, on Thursday, May 25, participants – our Mennaisian Grand Sisters – will be welcomed by La Prairie Mother House community,<\/strong>“<\/em> explains Bro. Mario Houle, Provincial of Canada-USA-Mexico. Those who come from outside will be able to visit the city of Montreal in the company of Bro. Herv\u00e9 Lacroix two days later.<\/p>\n
